Overview
Striving to achieve excellence in all areas of operations plays a large role in North American Palladium’s culture.
This includes ensuring that the safety, health and environment are key aspects of daily activities. We do this through various policies and procedures that have been designed to continuously:
- Put our employees’ health and safety as a top priority for everyone.
- Strive to exceed the legislated environmental standards.
North American Palladium is held accountable for its performance, which is measured in many ways, including regular internal and external audits. Independent audits show that we consistently meet or surpass all regulatory requirements and demonstrate our commitment to the health and safety of our employees and our care for the environment.
